IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM ICHIGO,INC.

To our valued JapanHaul Customers, please read:

We’ve made some changes to our system on April 27, 2023, to provide a better experience for you across platforms. Please follow these steps according to the category you belong in order to have a single, unified Ichigo account, that you can use to log in to JapanHaul and Customer Portal*.

Read on if you have:

A Customer Portal account with your JapanHaul account linked via the Streaks program
A Customer Portal account with same email your JapanHaul account (including Facebook/Twitter emails)
A Customer Portal account only, but would like to sign up to JapanHaul

Instructions to log in:

If you use email and password to log in to Customer Portal:
1. Use the same Customer Portal email and password to log in to JapanHaul.
2. If you forgot your password, feel free to reset here.
If you use Facebook to log in to Customer Portal:
1. Since we're disabling FB login on JapanHaul temporarily, please set a password by clicking on “Forgot your password?” button.
2. Submit your Customer Portal Facebook email to receive the password reset link via email.
3. After setting your new password, you may now login with your email & password on JapanHaul and Customer Portal with the option to still use Facebook login on the latter.

Read on if you have:

No Customer Portal account with the same email as your JapanHaul account (including Facebook/Twitter emails)
No Customer Portal account linked to your JapanHaul account via the Streaks program

Instructions to log in:

If you use email and password to log in to JapanHaul:
1. Reset your password and use the same email as usual.
2. After your password reset process, use your email and new password to log in to JapanHaul.
If you use Facebook to log in to JapanHaul:
1. Since we’re disabling FB login, please set a password by clicking on “Forgot your password?” button.
2. Submit your JapanHaul Facebook email to receive the password reset link via email.
3. After setting your new password, use your email & password to log in to JapanHaul.
If you use Twitter to log in to JapanHaul:
1. Since we’re disabling Twitter login, please set a password by clicking on “Forgot your password?” button.
2. Submit your JapanHaul Twitter email to receive the password reset link via email.
3. After setting your new password, use your email & password to log in to JapanHaul.

You will be able to use the same login not just on JapanHaul, but also on Customer Portal.

*Customer Portal is an ICHIGO platform used by subscribers of TokyoTreat, YumeTwins, Sakuraco, and nomakenolife.
