I had no clue what a skyberry is until I gave these cookies a try, then I had to look it up. A luxury Japanese strawberry. You can taste the strawberry and slight sweetness in this crispy and airy waffle cookie. The cookie is very crisp and firm, and the flavor and aroma are both a wonderful sweet, but not too sweet, strawberry (skyberry). These are absolutely delicious, and one of the treats I'll definitely have to hide from the kid and husband.
