2. Put the soup base into a bowl, and mix well with about 200ml of boiling water. Place the other ingredients (noodles, toppings) in an udon bowl, and pour the soup base over it.

• Plum ume udon (two pieces), pumpkin udon (one piece), spinach udon (one piece).
• Udon soup base (four pieces).
• Toppings: Snow crab (13g), scallop (two pieces), Kishu Nanko pickled plum (one piece), Lake Shinji Clam (30g), and roasted white sesame seeds (four pieces of 1g).
