Adding boiling water to this mix results in a gentle, honey-like consistency perfect for drinking on a winter’s day.
How to make Kuzu-yu:
1. Boil water.
2. Empty the contents of the kuzu-yu sachet into a cup.
3. Pour 100 ml (a little under half a cup) into the cup and mix until the kuzu-yu becomes the consistency of honey.
