Good with rich taste

I like the crispy layer more than the filling, but it has a good matcha taste, my husband likes it

You can't really go wrong with matcha

It's hard to screw up unless you're from Taiwan apparently, their mochi aren't great ngl. The filling has a very good earthy and bitter flavor that doesn't overpower the sweetness of it and I think balance is great in most foods.
