Steamed longer than regular sencha, this full-bodied tea offers a rich umami flavor.
Recommended Brewing Method: 1. Place the tea bag in a cup and add hot water, 80°C (176°F). 2. Steep tea for 30 seconds minimum. 3. Shake the tea bag up and down, then remove.
