Enjoy a refreshing Korean noodle favorite with Fururu Cold Noodles Bibim Cold Noodles, featuring extremely thin yet firm non-fried noodles that deliver an authentic cold noodle texture. The special bibimjang sauce blends the savory depth and bold spiciness of aged gochujang with the refreshing sweetness of pear puree and the light acidity of apple cider vinegar, recreating the classic taste of bibim-myeon. Developed by Nongshim using its expertise in dried noodle and ramen production, the noodles are finished with traditional hot-air drying to maintain their satisfying bite. First launched in 2009 as a shelf-stable authentic cold noodle product, the name “Fururu” comes from a Korean onomatopoeia meaning “slurp, slurp,” capturing the refreshing experience of enjoying these chilled noodles.

●How to Prepare●

1. Remove the noodles and cold noodle soup from the package.
2. Add cold water to the tray up to the marked line (260 ml). *The noodles may stick together, so loosen them well with chopsticks while boiling.
3. Transfer the cold water to a bowl, add the soup, and mix well.
4. Bring 800 ml of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
5. Transfer the cooked noodles to a strainer, rinse well with cold water while loosening them, drain thoroughly, and place in a bowl with the prepared soup.

For extra flavor, add kimchi, chopped green onions, cucumber, boiled egg, and ice if desired.
