This seasonal chocolate combines the gently bitter taste of Japanese matcha with crunchy pieces of imo kenpi and cookies. A traditional Kochi Prefecture snack, imo kenpi consists of sweet potato sticks that are deep-fried and coated in sugar, adding a satisfying sweetness and crunch to each bite.
