It's good

I guess I learned that persimmon tastes kind of like a V8 fruit juice with tiny hints of sweet potato and maple syrup. That description makes it sound gross but it's not.

Persimon mochi

I love the mochi from this maker and this one didn't disappoint! Texture is good and the taste subtle but not too subtle. The mochi isn't also too sweet.
