Featured in Sakuraco's subscription box! These small, fried arare capture the smoky essence of iburi gakko and are crafted using 100% glutinous rice from Akita Prefecture.

 Note: Iburi gakko are pickled radishes with a unique flavor.

 Using a smoke drying method, radishes are hung in hearths to dry while oak or cherry wood is burned.

After, they are fermented and aged in barrels with rice bran, salt, and pomelo.

Great Snack
