I love plum wine, so really was looking forward to getting this treat. When you open the candy, you are immediately hit with the smell of alcohol, but not in a pleasant way. Biting into the candy brings the sweetness of the outer white chocolate coating and the satisfying snap and crunch of the cookie, however, the alcohol taste is almost overpowering. Would I recommend? No, unless, like me, you have a great sense of curiosity and can't resist the temptation of plum wine. My curiosity is satisfied and I won't buy again

Plum wine was my favorite drink in Japan. These KitKats taste exactly the same. My all time favorite.
