Ingredients (1 serving): 1 included broth packet 1 bundle of somen noodles (50g) For a larger serving, use 2 bundles of noodles

Directions:

Remove the inner pouch from the outer package, place it flat in the freezer, and freeze for at least 24 hours. Boil the somen noodles, rinse with cold water, drain well, and place in a serving bowl. While still in the pouch, gently break up the frozen broth into small icy pieces. Pour over the noodles, lightly mix, and enjoy. Add your favorite toppings for an even more delicious meal.
