Ukiyo-e Ume & Chestnut Mochi (12 pieces)

Soft and chewy with a refined flavor, these mochi highlight the comforting simplicity of this traditional Japanese wagashi. The plum-flavored sweet white bean paste offers a gentle tartness, while the ogura (小倉) red bean paste, one that is created using a mixture of crushed and whole red beans, is paired with chestnut for a rich, nutty sweetness.

The package draws inspiration from Plum Garden at Kameido, an ukiyo-e woodblock print by the renowned Japanese artist Utagawa Hiroshige.
