The first thing that stands out would be the color more of pink than pink peach.. As the individual package is opened the scent of peach emerges, which also adds to the flavor as it is sampled. The scent is far more peachy than the flavor, as the flavor is lighter in nature. As always it has the wonderful consistency and mouth feel and texture that I love about mochi. Similar to marshmallows, but with a bit more chew to it. Overall a very nice little treat. This is not a filled mochi, but just the individually packaged mochi cake.
