It's delicious! Soft, chewy texture and a nice almond flavor. Highly recommend if you like almond, almond tofu, or mochi.

It has a nice consistency and I can really taste the almond extract (benzaldehyde is what gives almond that cherry-like taste). I enjoyed them and took about 3 months to arrive with the no-track hipping.

If marzipan could be translated into mochi, this is it! Soft and chewy texture with delicate sweet almond flavor. My daughter and I loved this treat! The whole bag was gone in 3 days!
